While the country has been embroiled in many international conflicts throughout its history, at other times it has been one of Europe's most prominent artistic centers. There was so much hype to Vienna, Austria. Everyone who has traveled there raves about it. After my two day visit, I’m afraid I’ve hopped on the _I heart Wien_bandwagon.

Construction of the building started in in January 2003 and in December 2003 it was finished. House architecture is based on Jan Marcin Szancer (famous Polish artist and child books illustrator) and Per Dahlberg (Swedish painter living in Sopot) pictures and paintings.
